Please be sure to check your shipping address once your order had been confirmed. Scandles is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Any "return to sender" packages that incur due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
Returns / Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we do offer refunds. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@shop-scandles.com with your order number and details about the items you’d like to return.
Once we receive your email, we’ll create a return shipping label for you. Please note that the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items in their original condition.
Damaged Packages
If your candle happens to arrive broken or damaged, please email hello@shop-scandles.com with a picture of your damaged candle within 2 days of receiving it
